Sandwiches for Breakfast


2 Ciabattinis lightly toasted
2 eggs, cooked medium well
1 piece of cheese, cut in half and placed on each egg (after you flip the egg, of course)
Tomato slices
Avocado slices
Olive oil mayo
French's mustard

Assemble all ingredients on the bread and eat it up.
